A person to working for a member of a diplomatic office in Korea as a household assistant inviting another of a different nationality

A person working for a heavy investor as a household assistant under contract with him/her
(Household assistant must have been employed by the big investor for a minimum of 1 year overseas at the time of application)

· F-1-23 (Household assistant of high-tech investor)

A person working for an advanced technology investor as a household assistant under contract with him/her
(Household assistant must have been employed by the advanced technology investor for a minimum of 1 year overseas at the time of application)

· F-1-24 (Household assistant of professional)

A person working for a sojourner of an outstanding specialist as a household assistant under contract with him/her
(Household assistant must have been employed by the sojourner of an outstanding specialist for a minimum of 1 year overseas at the time of application)

Persons who are domestic partners of a person eligible for A-1 (Diplomacy) or A-3 (Treaty) status and do not belong to that household and cohabiting for up to one year in the Republic of Korea
